Installation over tiles is between *R480-R380 ex Vat p/m².
Installation over a Self-Level Screed or smooth surface is between *R380-R320 ex Vat p/m².

Project call out fee in Gauteng is R550 ex Vat per day.
Projects can range between 3-15 days depending on quantities.

The pricing is based on the type of surface to be covered and amount of m².

It costs more p/m² to cover tiles with Covercrete than covering a smooth surface like a smooth plastered wall, ceiling or a self-level screeded floor

There are two options in sealer for the floor:
2x Coats Colour Sealer (indoor and not showers). Sheen finish only.
1x Coat colour sealer and 2x coats Solvent or Polyurethane sealer (indoor and outdoor, can be used in a shower). Durable, UV Stable. Comes in Matte & Gloss.

For walls you have 3x options:
No Sealer. This gives a matt/flat look and “powdery” feel. For low traffic areas.
1x Coat Colour Sealer. For general areas that would need to be wipe-able. Sheen finish only.
1x Coat Colour Sealer, 2x Coats Solvent or Polyurethane sealer. For high traffic areas, used in showers or bathrooms. Matt & Gloss finish.

Over tiles, 2x Coats Colour Sealer only:
20 m² = R420.00 **
21-50 m² = R420.00**
51-100 m² = R400.00**

Over tiles, 1x Coat Colour Sealer, 2x Coats Solvent or Polyurethane sealer:
20 m² = R480.00**
21-50 m² = R480.00**
51-100 m² = R450.00**

Self-Level Screed Floor, 1x Coat Colour Sealer, 2x Coats Solvent or Polyurethane:
20 m² = R380.00**
20-50 m² = R380.00**
51-100 m² = R360.00**

Smooth Walls, no Sealer:
20 m² = R280.00**
20-50 m² = R280.00**
51-100 m² = R250.00**

Smooth Walls, 1x Coat Colour Sealer (Sheen Only):
20 m² = R300.00**
20-50 m² = R300.00**
51-100 m² = R280.00**

We offer better p/m² rates for 100 m²+.
Minimum charge is 20 m².

These costs exclude VAT & call out fees.
Current Call out in Gauteng: R550.00** per trip.
Projects that require colour sealer and Solvent Sealer can take an extra 2 days due to dry times.
Depending on the size of the project it can take at least 3 days and may take up to 15 – 20 days.

These costs exclude any prep work that may be needed prior to installation – ie removal of tiles or carpets. Installation of Self-Level Screed or Wall Skimming.
A site visit is essential to assess exaclty what is needed to be covered and if any extensive prep work is required.

The coverage per kit is dependant on the type of surface and texture thereof.
The below coverage is an estimate for 2 coats per kit.
Small kit: 5-12 m² R995.00*
Med kit: 12-20 m² R1950.00*
Large kit: 20-40 m² R3400.00*
Coverage over tiles – the large kit does between 10-15m2 depending on the tile.

Kits include:
Liquid-base, Cement, and Colour Sealer (sheen only).

Optional Sealers:
5lt Solvent Sealer R1150.00* and covers 25 m² at 2 coats.
Comes in Matt and Gloss.
5lt 2Pack Polyurethane Sealer R1350.00* covers 20 m² per 2 Coats.
Comes in Matt, Sheen & Gloss.
Both are UV stable, can be used outdoors and in showers.
They add a more durable coating depending on your needs.
Non-Slip Additive to be used on surfaces prone to water: R150.00* per 1kg (500g per 1x 5lt Sealer)

Shipping for 1x Large Kit is R750.00* for outside Gauteng.
If more Kits are required, shipping will be quoted accordingly.
